The spray drying of whey, milk protein isolate, milk protein concentrate, cheese powder, creamers, dairy and non-dairy shortening powders, caseinate, yoghurt powder and dry powder blending and re-bagging at the Listowel site. Processed cheese and analogue cheese, casein, butter and butter oil and anhydrous milk fat are excluded from the scope. The production and packing of yellow fat spreads and the packing of fat filled milk powders into poly bottles is covered under separate certification.
