Technical Account Assistant (25 hours/wk) – based in Milton Keynes

SAI Global-EFSIS is the world's leading agri-food assurance company, providing farmers, manufacturers, retailers and caterers, world wide, with an extensive range of assurance solutions including inspection, certification and technical contract management. Due to the continued exciting developments within the TCM (Technical Contract Management) team at SAI Global/EFSIS an opportunity now exists for a part time Technical Account Assistant. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the team of Technical Account Executives who cover a portfolio of services for major global clients including supply chain management, technical and legal updates, product labelling checks etc. You will also be actively involved in working in the Customer complaints team providing a first class service to key clients.

The successful candidate will have a HNC/HND in a food related/consumer protection discipline with excellent IT skills. Previous experience in a QA/QC/Customer complaints role within the food industry is advantageous.
